Emilija Stojanović is a dedicated psychology teacher with a solid academic foundation, having graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Belgrade.

Her academic journey was driven by a deep passion for understanding human development and education, particularly focusing on developmental and educational psychology.

Throughout her studies, Emilija authored numerous papers addressing critical topics such as student giftedness, socio-emotional competencies, and inclusive education, reflecting her commitment to fostering an equitable and nurturing learning environment.

Her active involvement extended beyond academia when she participated in international research projects aimed at exploring the development of motivation in mathematics learning and the various factors influencing this vital aspect of student achievement. This experience enriched her understanding of how motivational dynamics can be optimized to improve educational outcomes.

Emilija’s dedication to children’s well-being is evident in her practical endeavors. She has conducted workshops in schools to promote mental health awareness and resilience among students, equipping educators and parents with tools to support children’s emotional needs.

Currently, she is engaged in initiatives aimed at preventing behavioral disorders among children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, working closely with families and schools to develop tailored intervention programs. Apart from her professional pursuits, Emilija finds great joy in exploring art and literature, viewing these as vital avenues for personal growth and cultural enrichment.

She also has a profound love for nature, often spending her free time hiking and immersing herself in the outdoors, which helps her maintain balance and inspiration in her life.

With her compassionate approach and a broad scope of interests, Emilija continues to make meaningful contributions to the fields of psychology and education, dedicated to creating supportive environments where every child can thrive.
